How do you decide on a colour scheme for a project?

Start with a favourite?

Think about a style / specific look you want to achieve?

Choose the recipient's favourite colour?

Always start with the same colour - it feels safe to know where to begin?

Stampin' Up! are masters at colour co-ordination. They do a lot of the heavy lifting for us crafters in that area. Of course you can always choose what you like.....in fact that's often the best way to experiment with colour; pick something you love that is pleasing to your eye.

That said, there's nothing wrong with a bit of expertise, and it can really help to get the creative juices flowing.
