12 WEEKS OF CHRISTMAS - SWEET TREATS

Can you ever have enough sweet treats? I don't think so!

These Peekaboo Treat Bags are perfect for something sweet - or something sparkly...wink wink!

All you need to do is decorate them, fill them with goodies, and you're ready to gift.

This bag has been stamped with the new Hand Drawn Dots background stamp - it's not available until the new Mini Catalogue comes out in January, but as a demonstrator I get to purchase early. It's a super cute stamp and will be good for lots of card and scrapbooking projects. Because our Classic Ink is water soluble, it's not permanent on the window part of the bag, so after stamping you can just wipe it off with a tissue. Embellish the bag with something pretty - I've used the stamps and dies from Christmas Season and Seasonal Labels. Stunning!

This one uses the lovely stamps from Mistletoe Magic. I coloured them in using Stampin' Blends in Old Olive and Real Red. The tag was cut from the Painted Seasons DSP (my favourite!)

Finally, I've embossed this bag with the Merry Melody 3D embossing folder. You can't see it in the photo, but it even embossed the clear panel. The tag was made from Basic White cardstock. Before cutting it out, I cut a couple of snowflakes using the Chic dies, adhered them to the cardstock, then cut out using the Tailor Made Tags Die. It's a lovely effect, don't you think? And no, this isn't a sweet treat. But it is perfect for a guitar player because it contains a spare string and new pick!

You can really go to town with packaging. And it's a great idea to get these smaller gifts ready early. It takes out a lot of the stress of preparing for the holidays if you've get a bunch of things ready to go. Perfect for giving to a hostess at a dinner party, a neighbour who waters your plants while you're away, or a work colleague .
